Baby, baby, he can hear your heart beat

Last night, Baby was moving so much, my stomach looked like a bowl of Jell-o. Shane was talking right above my belly. He put his ear against it and said, “I can hear his heart beat!”

Sure enough, he could! He tapped his hand to the baby’s rhythm, and it was more than twice as fast as my own.

How cool is that?

    Oh, how exciting!!! I always loved when my daughter was moving around in me and it looked like a giant rolling wave moving across my belly. That’s awesome that your husband could hear his heartbeat, too! We always had trouble being able to do that, even with one of those heartbeat monitors you can buy.
