Last night, I had a pretty vivid dream. I was at the hospital and I had just given birth to my lil baby. Everything was fine, but I didn’t get to see the baby before it was wisked off to the nursery.
People came to visit, and asked, “Is it a boy or girl?” and I was like, “I don’t know!”
I had Shane run down the hall to find out. Then, I realized it was written on my medical identification bracelet thing: Grl!
Yes, they had ommitted the letter “i” from my wristband.
I then remember requesting ice packs for my dainty lady parts. Lol.
Don’t know what happened after that.
So maybe it’s a girl?
I’ve had other dreams recently with babies. Toddlers, actually. I didn’t know for sure if they were mine, but all of them were boys.
I’ve dreamed about boy and girl babies now, so I’m back to square one. I don’t really have any intiution about the baby’s gender. No preference, either.
In 5-6 weeks, we should know for sure! Or at least, be able to take a more educated guess.

When I was pregnant with my first baby I had a few dreams that I gave birth to puppies. Yes, that’s right… puppies. about 12 of them to be exact. and in my dream there was nothing wrong with me having puppies…. interesting.
Lol! That’s pretty funny.
I think I’ve read somewhere or other that dreaming about birth can help prepare you for it.
Just like dreaming about other stuff can help your brain sort things out, I guess.
When I was pregnant I dreamed my baby came out talking and running. It was the weirdest things seeing a tiny little person running about the room screaming.

I’ve had one dream it was a boy (and a c-section) and a couple that it was a girl (but I had been reading blogs that day where the women had girls). I’m eager to find out as well.

That’s funny! I had a dream the other night that I went in for my 7 month apt and ended up having the baby! And it was huge! Like 12 lbs or something. It was a girl but my SIL was there and after the baby was born it turned into being her baby! She has a 4 month old little girl. So I don’t know what the heck that dream meant.
I loooove the puppies one! That is so funny!!!
