I never thought Kmart would be a good place to get free shampoo.

Turns out, in some states (CA, IL, KY, MO, OH and PA) you can have coupons of up to $2 doubled! Whoa! This deal is only good for a few days, so hurry!

I took my coupons and got free Garnier Fructis shampoo, conditioner and styler, as they are on sale for $2 each (see ad for specifics).

I got a free bottle of Pert Plus. It was $2.99 and I had a coupon for $2 off, and it was doubled enough to get it for free. There was no overage.

Sunsilk is $3 each, and I had two $1.50 off coupons. Doubled, that’s free!

Finally, I had a $2 coupon for Dove shampoo, and I found a bottle that was $3.99. Free once again.

I bought five Garnier products, since I had five coupons. I thought some coupons were different, but apparently not different enough. One coupon didn’t double, since the limit is four like coupons. Arg. So, if you’re buying stuff, be sure to only use four of the same coupons so you won’t make the same mistake I did.
