I've had nothing but good experiences with it. I just got my first SCR check in the mail the other day for June ($14.98) and I've already got about $40 stacked up for July!!! I just sent in my second fax to prove I bought the item. I've not yet been able to have them approve it online after providing (again) the receipt #, rebate #, and product description. They have so far wanted "proof" faxed in.
