Get a free $25, why doncha?

April 8th, 2008 at 6:58 pm

I’ve seen talk about Revolution Money Exchange around the personal finance bloggosphere lately, but I hadn’t paid much attention to it. Sometimes, I can be dumb like that.

Anyway, Revolution Money Exchange is a new service that’s quite similar to PayPal, in that you can transfer money from peer to peer, but without fees. When you sign up now through April 15, you’ll get a $25 no-strings-attached bonus to your account. If you’re referred by someone, they’ll get $10.

Not a bad deal, eh?

To get the money, you’ll just electronically transfer it to your bank account or request a paper check (the latter option deducts a $2.50 fee).

So, if you want an easy $25, sign up for an account! I’d certainly appreciate it if you used my referral link, below.

I just tried to sign up, but I think this service is exclusively limited to the USA only. I’m Indonesian and I don’t have such a SSN number. :((

Thanks for the referral bonuses, everyone! You’re putting me that much closer to a completed emergency fund.

I guess, in a way, that’s like you giving me an umbrella :)
