Highlights from the Festival of Frugality

February 20th, 2008 at 10:53 am

This week, I contributed my post on  no more deprivation in the name of frugality! in the Festival of Frugality.

I’d like to share a few posts with you:

Here’s an excellent post on comparing working outside the home vs. staying at home for dual-income married couples. She explores tax benefits and expenses. I think it depends on the couple’s priorities in life, but really, a major second income isn’t necessary. It’s interesting to think about!

Here at Cheap Healthy Good, you’ll find a great set of guidelines if you’re in search for a new cookbook.

Uncommon Cents discusses the archenemy of frugality–and it’s probably not what you think.
