Coupons

…buy the Sunday paper for Jan. 6. There are SIX coupon inserts inside. Whoa.

Some coupons I might use, or just wanna point out…

I love Eletrasol 3-in-1 powertabs. These things work best in my dishwasher, and I’ve tried several other detergents. I’m so excited about the $2.25 off coupon in the Sunday paper! I might buy a second newspaper based on the awesomeness of that coupon alone.

Garnier Fructis shampoo, or conditioner, or styling goo– $1 off coupon. Take it to CVS this week, buy the size in your CVS ad for $2.99, use your $1 off coupon making it $1.99 out of pocket, and you’ll get $2 Extra Care Bucks for your next purchase. Limit 1.

Buy one, get one free for Speed stick 24/7. I’ve seen this be good for ECB in the past at CVS, so it might be extra good to clip this one.

Palmolive dish liquid– Take the .25 off coupon to CVS, buy Palmolive soap for $1.49, use your coupon making it $1.24 out of pocket, and you’ll get $1 in ECB back.

BOGO Reese’s Whipps candy bar. Sounds yummy.

Toothpastes:

  • .75 off Colgate paste
  • .75 off Colgate manual toothbrush
  • $1 off Aquafresh premium
  • $1 off Aquafresh advanced
  • $1 off premium Aquafresh toothbrushes

Medicine:

  • $1 off Tylenol
  • $1 off Motrin
  • $1 off St. Joseph
  • $1 off Tylenol Cold
  • $1 off Tylenol sinus
  • $1 off Sudafed PE

Excedrin — The 24 ct. will be on sale this week at CVS for $1.99. Use your $2 off Excedrin coupon in the Sunday paper, and get it for no money out of pocket. THEN, you’ll also get $1 ECB. Yes, you’ll make $1 to buy Excedrin.

Use Pepcid? There’s a $1 off coupon, and also a form for a $5 mail-in rebate on any two Pepcid products, 25 ct. or more.

Use Orajel? There’s a similar deal. $1 off coupon, and a form for a $7 mail-in rebate on certain types of Orajel. That ought to give you your money back, I think.

And that’s just a few. There’s also an insert for BOGO deals at McDonald’s.

To see all coupons that will be in your Sunday paper, go here.

Thanks for the head’s up! We get our local paper, but I try to buy the big city paper on Sundays for the good coupons. I will definitely remember to stop by the store tomorrow!

Thanks for the tips! Love the new profile picture! I’m not even sure I want to know how long ago you changed it… I’m here once or twice a day. Oh well… I noticed it today. :) Did your new camera take that picture?

Thanks! It was updated just a few days ago. The pic is actually from my wedding.

Love your blog! While the coupon section doesn’t really apply to me as I’m in Canada, I’m sure I’ll get some tips about couponing anyway :-)

And I do make a few shopping trips to the US each year…
