Hey, Pittsburghers, I need some advice

I just registered my car in Pennsylvania, and I still need to do the state emissions inspection thing. (Arg!)

What are the cheapest and quickest places you’ve gone for this inspection? Any places to avoid?

I’m leaving town on Wednesday (hopefully) so I’ll want to get it done by then.
