Turns out, I was trying to log in to the wrong function on the site. Be sure you're logging in to the rebate link on the bottom left side of the Rite Aid homepage. Try this link: https://riteaid.rebateplus.com/memberlogin.asp?crosschecktype=authreturn&u=&next=viewreceiptspage Or maybe here: https://riteaid.rebateplus.com/Eckerd/default.asp If that doesn't work, try calling their customer service people. I've been trying all week to request last months rebate, but I can't even sign in. I finally emailed Rite-aid and haven't heard yet. I even copied and pasted the username and password directly from the email they sent me when I signed up. Ever heard of this happening? I'm not real happy with them right now... I don't remember how much they owe me, but I only bought stuff there because it was free after rebate. :( Hope I can get it all worked out. Thanks for the heads up!
