I don't have a blog or website, but just wanted to comment!
We live in a storage-space challenged old house! We bought a tall skinny mirrored cabinet from IKEA that holds extra contact supplies, shampoo, feminine supplies, plus our regular daily toiletries (but I keep my make up and hair stuff in our bedroom with that mirror) and a few bathroom cleaners. I only have 1-2 sets of toiletries in back up, but I've found that there are so many sales that I'm not ever stuck paying full price when I NEED to buy the stuff. Well, except my contact solution (AOSept) because it's never on sale, just cheaper at Costco where my parents pick it up for me.
We have a double-TP holder, so I store the extra-extra TP in a closet that's rather far from the bathroom.
I unwrap my soap bars and put them in a pretty basket on the back of the toilet - it dries/hardens the bars so they last longer while making the bathroom smell nice.
