		<description>Cook  the whole thing in the crockpot. Eat dinner; leftovers can be mixed with BBQ sauce for sandwiches, used for soup, etc; or just re-served with new sauce next night.

I do this constantly. Everyone is happy and there is a lot of variety this way as well.</description>
