Turn off that water!

November 30th, 2007 at 1:12 am by A reader

I’d have to say turning off the water while you brush your teeth. Sounds silly I know, but DH grew up in a place with plentiful water and I grew up in the drought ridden land of Southern California. During the many droughts of my childhood we needed to be frugal with our water. That meant wet the toothbrush, turn off the water!

Still can’t shake it, and although we don’t pay for water in our little home right now, I am sure my landlord (though he doesn’t know) appreciates my frugalness with his water. :)
