I think it can be hard given all the different roll sizes and you definitely have to factor in quality. Their generic OTC medicines are cheaper even than Walmart's, particularly the children's pain relievers. I always buy a bottle or two before winter as they sometimes sell out. As far as general merchandise, you have to pick and choose, but I've found several good quality decorative items--like what you'd find in a gift shop--for a fraction of the catalog price.
