Not gunna buy a paper today

After reviewing the coupons that are probably available on this site, I have decided not to buy a newspaper this week. I have so many coupons right now that I barely use, and my paper recycling bag overfloweth.

[Thanks to Money Common Sense for posting that link to her blog.]

I usually like getting my newspaper on Saturday so I can look over the ads. Today, I’m just going to look at the CVS ad info that’s posted here.

That link is for deals starting November 11-17.

  1. Thanks, I was just heading out to get mine but came to check your Rite Aid deals first. You saved me money again!

  2. Just a quick comment on newspapers. They are AWESOME for washing windows and leaving no streaking, or lint, behind. I only get the paper a few times a month when I want the coupons, but I always remember to use that instead of paper towels to wash my windows. I would use rags but they always leave lint.

So that’s my two-cents worth. Hopefully it is useful to someone.

And no, they don’t leave ink residue behind. I have no clue why.

  3. Well I did actually get 2 newspapers today, and I am glad I did! I got tons of great coupons to sweeten a lot of the deals going on in my area this week!

  4. Cool, Stephanie! I’m glad you found some coupons you need.
