Free samples

The Frugal Hacks blogroll has really grown! I was browsing through some of the newer blogs, and found a fun one: The Adventures of Frugal Girl.

She had a post telling how you could get free taco seasoning. I like tacos…and I like free things…winner!

It’s through www.startsampling.com.

Are any of you members? How bad is the spam factor?

I just signed up for it, to see what sorts of freebies I can get. If you’d like to sign up, too, then please type in “sensetosave” as your referral friend. I don’t know if I get a bonus freebie, but ya never know :)

Hi Kacie,

I don’t know much about startsampling.com but I know that Walmart sends their free samples pronto. I have gotten a lot of samples from them in the past and I didn’t have to deal with spams either.

I’ve been part of StartSampling for a while now. I haven’t been spammed by them at all. Their collection of freebies changes, so you have to check in regularly.
Wal-mart does have a lot of good samples too!

I’ve been a Start Sampling member for years and think it’s wonderful. They don’t send any spam either. And some of the samples have been year-long subscriptions to magazines that I might have paid for anyway.

I’ve been a member of startsampling for years, since at least 2000. seriously, I think they were the first website I found online where you could get freebies. Never gotten any spam though.
