CVS deals this week aren’t that impressive. I’m not even going there. If you’re new to CVS shopping, then you should go and get your free Crest Pro Night toothpaste (use a coupon from yesterday’s paper) and also get free Beano. Use a Beano coupon from www.beanogas.com or check yesterday’s paper.

Buy your 2 tubes of toothpaste first. In your next transaction, buy your Beano, and use your ECB toward that purchase.

This week at Rite Aid was great for freebies. Here’s what I bought:

  • Simply Gargle $4.99
  • Healthy Relief Cold Reduce $6.99
  • Cold Eeze $4.99
  • Lypsil Lypradiance balm $2.99
  • Simply Saline nose spray $4.99
  • Zucol Cold Care $4.99
  • Vicks hand sanitizer $2.29
  • Total: $32.23
  • Used $1 off coupon for Cold Eeze, and $1 off coupon for Cold Reduce
  • Used a $5 off $25 purchase coupon which I received in the mail
  • Total out of pocket (they had to adjust for tax): $25.37
  • Total expected refund: $32.23
  • Net: Gain $6.86
