Keep changing to dry rags as they get wet. If you have access to a carpet cleaning machine with a detachable nozzle, you could flood that particular area with water and keep vacuuming it up... but blot up as much of the detergent and Windex as you can first, or you'll have an even bigger mess! You will need to work at the stain many, many times. First, use only warm water and no cleaning agent. Spray the area with the warm water, then use the machine to pull up the sudsy water. Go over the area several times to remove as much as possible, then treat the area with water only one more time. Repeat the cleanup steps and let the carpet dry. Do not overwet the carpet, or you will have a bigger problem.
